「Aging hotel is long overdue for an update. Rippled carpets are tripping hazard, towels are no longer white, understaffed like most places in Alex Bay. Its okay, good views from our room.」

「The hotel itself is rundown and dirty. The hall carpets were filthy. The backdoor did not lock, which is a security concern. The front elevator was out of service. 「This is an older fashioned complex of cottages in a beautiful green area sat back from a quiet highway. If you want an ultra-modern, all conveniences pace to stay, this is not for you. If you want to quietly relax in the old fashioned way this most definitely is for you.」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc.」
