"The hotel was conveniently located on the beach. Our room overlooked the ocean which was awesome. I work for a hotel, so I am probably more opinionated than most. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and provided us with everything that we needed. I feel that it was a great value for everything that we got. We did have to go to the front desk to check in and for information at the sister hotel the Sirata Beach Resort which was not the most convenient, however, the staff at the front desk was great. A few shout outs to the following: Megan Dave Mike Celeste All were extremely informative and helpful."

"Do not stay here. We went for a quick girl's trip and had to move rooms as soon as we got there. Elevator did not work properly and could not access the room safe because the closet door blocked the safe door. We complained and were moved to another room on the second floor. This room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet clogged every time we flushed it. We notified the hotel staff and despite more than two attempts to fix these problems, they were unsuccessful. In addition the carpet from front room into the next area was soaking wet and seemed to "grow" each day. We asked for yet another room but none were available. In addition, the ice machines did not have any ice, the closet door was off track and the dresser drawers appeared to be warped. The phone in our room did not work so each time we had a problem we had to walk down to the front desk and wait in line to let them know the ceiling still leaked and the toilet continued to clog. One front desk employee told us they had an employee whose sole job that day was to plunge toilets throughout the hotel! Positive remarks - The beach was beautiful and the ocean water was perfect! In all fairness, I will share that the hotel told they would comped us for a number of things such as the chairs on the beach and other hotel charges. At the time of this writing, we are awaiting those credits."
