“We love the Don Cesar. Have been staying here for years and is always a stellar property to visit. All staff are efficient and friendly. Every area of hotel is a treat. Love the new fitness center and both of the outdoor pools.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Unfortunately we were awaken at 7 a.m. by a barking dog in the next room. When we told the front staff they said they contacted the dog's owner and they were coming back to the hotel.... This was at 9:30 a.m. The poor dog was left alone. The staff said their policy is that dogs not be left in the alone. So 2 1/2 hours of listening to the dog bark loudly. Not a great experience.”
