"h Had a wonderful stay at 656 35th street! The place is very clean with practically everything you could need such as laundry in unit and a fully stocked kitchen. The back porch was a wonderful feature and the neighborhood has a lovely energy. Patricia was very helpful regarding any questions I had and was a wonderful neighbor! Very grateful to have stayed here and would recommend to anyone looking for a longer term stay."

"Very cute old house. Great location to restaurants and parks. Needs maintenance in a lot of areas for the house. Back yard could be very nice however unmaintained yard so there is no yard at all. Outside of all the windows is very dirty making it hard to see out of them. Old mattress in both rooms are very uncomfortable. Les is great at communicating with us before and after checkout. A good outside cleaning checking for small repairs, cleaning up the yard for guests and replacing old worn out...
