「一家人出去玩包棟真的很不錯！而且屋主也很幫忙！我們的行李太多，從接待處到住宿的地方又有一段距離，在入住那一天還有辦理check out那一天，都很幫忙的來幫我們載行李！唯一的兩個小缺點，一個是浴室獨立在戶外一間， 10月底去玩的時候蚊子有點多！另一個是雖然轉角有16號公車可以搭…但如果要去其他景點的公車都要步行至少7分鐘以上…在交通方面會稍微比較不便。除此之外，都非常完美」

「友人と合計4人での宿泊。 町屋ということで壁等に少し傷はあるものの、それもなにか風情があると感じます。 風呂はジャグジー付きで伏見稲荷で歩いた疲れが癒されました。 簡単な調理器具もあるので、おつまみを買ってきて温めたり、簡単なおつまみを作って食べることも出来ました。 スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で、安心して宿泊出来ました。 おすすめです！」

「地點方便，處於京都駅與大型京都Aeon 中間，方便購物 但衛生環境真的比較差，首先，門口石級與屋邊中間的空隙怖滿蜘蛛網，廚房廚具擺放凌亂，廚具用品怖滿微塵，雪櫃頂鋪了一層微塵，爐具和廚櫃需要移開小枱才能使用，極不方便 梳化後面勁多髮絲，放在梳化旁的Dyson 吸塵機清潔不乾淨，塵盒吊住長髮絲，不敢使用 將來暫不考慮再租住這町屋」

「很新床很舒服 缺點是入住前退房後如果要寄放行李需要寄放在咖啡店步行12分鐘，不太方便。四樓沒有廁所也不方便，衛浴雖然兩間但有一間完全沒地方放衣服毛巾。 樓梯很陡不適合小孩或老人，行李也很難拿上樓 住宿設施都很舒適，會想再次入住，但希望上述缺點能改善」

「There were 3 of us travelling - myself with two teen daughters - we felt safe and comfortable and we stayed for 4 nights. The location is unbeatable - 6 min walk to Aeon Mall, 7 min walk to Kyoto Station, the local 7-11 Store is a Yamato luggage delivery one, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but we found a laundromat along the way to Aeon Mall to use the dryer, so that's no problem. We left the accommodation tax on the table when we left. One only downside for us was that the mattresses...

「We were a group of 2 couple visiting Japan, and his place was great for us. Nice location, easy to get to/access, had everything you needed, host was great.」

「The bathroom was incredibly unique and beautiful! The amenities were excellent (the washing machine was a bit difficult to inderstqnd and launch correctly though^^)」

「The actual room is a beautiful and bespoke Japanese design. Lots of room for luggage storage and moving around in the galley style kitchen. It's on a very busy street so you can hear lots of night time traffic but the hotel provides plenty of earplugs. It's right across the street from Toji temple (where we were going) but is a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to Kyoto Station.」
