"Wife and I love this place. Very quiet and personal hot tub is nice even though it is a bit smaller than I expected. Would try the bigger room next time. Location is good but will need a little bit of walk from station if you don't drive (we didn't). Would be nicer iff we didn't have to lift our luggage for the stairs at front door. Not impossible but it might be an obstacle for some other ppl."

"The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "
