"Stayed one night. Long queue at the reception and waited 20min to check-in. Staffs were super great and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and public bath was good and clean too. Come back to stay for sure."

"Close distance to the train station, malls, and restaurants. Hotel staff were accommodating and I had no trouble communicating in English. Room was quite spacious even as a solo traveler and bathroom did not feel cramped in the slightest. "

"My room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! I loved the rainfall shower and auto opening toilet in the bathroom. The staff at check-in were super friendly and very attentive, I loved getting my luggage delivered to my stateroom! The location of this hotel was excellent, it was very close to a subway station and extremely walkable to the Osanbashi Cruiser Terminal and attractions like China Town and Yamashita Park. There's a convenience store nearby which was very convient for snacks and beverages. Getting here from Tokyo was very easy on the train and I would stay here again if I cruised from Yokohama!"
