"I was going to hold off reviewing this place until after things were solved with the property management. Apparently they are taking the stance of no refund despite the issues so here we go.
Do not expect the place to look like the pictures. This should be a no brainer but it was not even close.
Right off the bat we had an issue with the management. We booked it and called saying we were going to arrive while over an hour away. We were told we would be sent the information on how to enter...
"A great place to stay for a Family of 7. Stunning and breathtaking mountain views from your bed, spacious and had complete amenities and kitchen needs.We had a great time staying on this place."
"The kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots. We were able to cook meals just like home. For the few issues we had the service was quick and solved the problem. In suite laundry was super handy and they even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates when we arrived. A nice view of the mountains and close to the “downtown” with a Safeway and a Canadian Tire. A great place to stay if visiting Banff and the surrounding area."

"We were very comfortable at this property. It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Great location for restaurants, very walkable. We were surprised to have to pay for parking and inconvenienced a few times by the lack of additional elevators (just 1 for entire hotel) but the view out our window was spectacular!"
"This hotel is a great stay for a “lower” price for the area. Amazing 360° view of the mountains! It’s not right in downtown but definitely walkable or you can take the bus, the location felt very safe. The beds are comfy and the room is clean, comes with basic kitchen essentials too. There is also a sauna and hot tub on site which is perfect for ending the day. Staff were helpful in providing ideas of places to eat etc. "
