"We had such a wonderful stay at Fox Hotel & Suites. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable the moment we checked in. Our room was very clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after spending the day exploring Banff. One of our favorite parts was the hot pool area — such a great way to unwind and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. The hotel also had a warm and peaceful vibe that made our trip even more memorable. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to see. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff!"

"Hotel was very clean and nice , room was small but nice and clean and more than enough since we were out all day and were just there to sleep. Comfortable beds and good shower. Roof tops hot tubs were wonderful with beautiful views. The only complaint is that we went to lobby restaurant for breakfast and asked for a table for two, but were told by the hostess that they wouldn’t seat us without a reservation - even though there were about 15 empty tables. We found Farm & Fire restaurant two doors down the street and they had a great breakfast and friendly service. Highly suggest everyone go there instead . "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s brand new and everything is absolutely modern and clean. Staff will do whatever you need and they give you a nice fresh press, coffee or tea every morning. The restaurant was also amazing and we had the ribeye which was crazy good quality! There’s no Hot Tubs in Banff like that with a beautiful view. We highly recommend this hotel or its sister hotel, which is right next-door."
