「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」

「I booked this place because of the reviews and because pets were allowed, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. My booking was made June 9, for a one night stay August 25-26 through Expedia for this VRBO accommodation. I notified the host that I had a small pet on June 9th. On August 25 the day of check in, the host messages me saying there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 by the hotel, but she would pay for half, and that check in is pretty fast once I settle my half...

「Basement suite was quiet and very well maintained. Host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Surroundings were very agreeable with beautiful garden and fountain to go relax and enjoy. Coffee/tea were set-up for guests and water provided.」

「This place was amazing for our family of 4 and small dog. We loved the space it had, it was like being at our home. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The host even had extras like dish soap and laundry. Property was 8 min drive to Canmore, 4 min drive for groceries. And so quiet. Hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend!」

「Great facilities at the lodge. Lovely hot pools. If booking through Expedia or Airbnb , make sure you read the messages and know what room number you have as the Lodge could not find my booking from my surname. I had to find the room number and tell them! Otherwise a great place to stay! Very comfortable」
