"We loved our stay on the 15th floor with all the amenities that included. The lounge access was amazing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful & friendly. Our concierge Mai, was ever so helpful with booking restaurants for us and helping with luggage shipping. We will be back! "

Loved the hot springs/onsen, breakfast was amazing and late night ramen snack! Amazing to have a cup of matcha or coffee to go in the morning to start the day! Would highly recommend!"
