「Amazing as usual , every year」

「ホテルの21階レストランからの眺望は素晴らしかった。目の前に新都市のシンボル、100メールのバイテレクタワーが見え、日本人の設計者黒川紀章が構想した新しい街づくりが成功したような印象を受ける。しかし、その近代都市にあって、ホテルの受付の対応がお粗末だった。近くのデパートや重要施設を尋ねても、スマートフォンを見て調べ、よくわからないと返事された。何のための受付なのか、とあ然とした。スマートフォンを見ないと応対できない受付とは、日本人にはとても理解できなかった。ホテル環境は良いのだから、人間のスタッフもそれ同様の良さが欲しいと感じた。ホテル自体は、宿泊してメリットは大きいです。」

「The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They didn’t change my bedding even once during my 10 days stay. The breakfast menu is very simple and poor, you have no choice to pick what you want to eat and no coffee offered.」
