“Riad is in a quiet part of the Medina. The room was fine. Staff was very helpful and communicated well before and during our stay. They helped arrange taxi from the airport. Nice rooftop sitting area. The biggest negative for me is the dark, tunnel like passage entrance to the riad which is under scaffolding that appears to be holding up the structure. It was a bit unsettling. ”

Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area!
