「Amazing Riad! We had a such great time. The place is quite new and beautifully maintained. Stunning courtyard and rooftop with amazing Moroccan breakfast every morning. Shoutout to Hasan who took really great care of us. We really enjoyed getting to meet him and the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back and highly recommend! Cannot say enough good things about this place!」

「Pent holdt Riad.

「Very yummy breakfast and attentive staffs.」

「Riad Lia ou Lik and their staff were amazing. We enjoyed 4 nights in the beautiful riad and wanted for nothing. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and safe, and the staff were always so attentive helping with everything from bottled water to taxis. You have to go down a few winding roads to get to the riad, but it's worth it once you're there. Would 100% recommend.」

「Centrally located for sure. 2 mins walk off the main street. The most hospitable staff I've ever met at a hotel. We got a takeaway breakfast at 6am just before catching our flight out. Ayoub walked us to the taxi in the dark! Delish breakfast every morning. Lovely large room. Comfy beds. Thank you Ibrahim, Ayoub, Abdul, Zita and Awa. You made our Marrakech Stay very special ❤️🧡💛」

「Excellent stay! The staff are lovely. So hospitable.」

「Riad Kaiss not only defines the excellence in boutique hotel, but also makes us to respect the Moroccan's authentic hospitality, thanks to the warmth from all details in services, and the friendliness at each encounter with hotel staff. For all the Riad Kaiss staff who had helped us in any occasion, and who had put his/her efforts to maintain this 5 starts boutique Riad together, they are the symbol of Moroccan pride and hospitality. Thank you Riad Kaiss and Staff Team, you made us to fall...

「This beautiful boutique hotel provides a quiet respite from the chaos of the medina. The rooms are very well appointed and the rooftop restaurant is superb. What makes this an exceptional property is the kind and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.」

「Excellent hotel with amazing and helpful staff.」

「Cleaned and nice service and Music 🎶, so nice people. Thanks everybody. 」

「Attention au minibar dans la chambre c'est une arnaque ils vous font payer une demi bouteille le prix d'une grande et obligation de régler en liquide franchement grosse douche froide. Personnel toujours en train de vous surveiller zéro intimité a éviter」

「The perfect stay. Next to the Bahia Palace and so close to the Medina but a complete oasis from the bustle. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home especially Ishram and Mehdi. The rooftop terrace was the perfect escape everyday. There's only 11 rooms which makes it feel intimate and cosy. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed Would definitely go back to Al Rashid. I found my paradise in Marrakech ❤️」

「The staff was extremely helpful with everything and the Riad was great!」

「Mohammed and Fatima were lovely, helpful people and happy to help with any queries. The Riad was clean and very central.」

「Really lovely place to stay, very close to Bahia palace, souk and restaurants. 20 minute walk through the souk to the Jemaa El Fna square and the Koutoubia mosque. Kept clean and tidy, all the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast to start the day. Rooftop area great to relax and cool off with a dip in the small pool. Watch out for the motorbikes driving through the souk, you will get used to it!」

「We had a wonderful stay at Riad Flam & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and felt right at home. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay.
