「I would actually give it 4.5 out of 10 but on balance 4 felt maybe over blown. It’s a beautiful Riad and is charming for a short term stay if you’re bored of regular hotels. The rooms aren’t the most soundproof but that comes with the territory of boutique hotels like Mellah. I would defiantly recommend booking a taxi via the hotel, as it’s not the easiest place to find! 「Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.」

「If you drive, do NOT stay this. No car park there although it said they have. Only a public car park on the street and I need to wait for halt hour for the parking as the public car park is very busy and lots of local people will lock your car and asked for money.」

「This Riad is an oasis of calm in the middle of the medina, it is spotlessly clean, the food is superb and the staff are all so kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. Any excursions you want can be organised and the airport pick up and drop off were brilliant, I can recommend highly.」
