「The room was disgusting, there were burn holes in the sheets & duvet cover, we had to switch rooms because of the stains on the sheets. We asked staff for clean sheets as we checked in late around 11:00 PM, they said not & offered us to switch rooms. 「This was a cheap motel but I believe that shouldn't mean comprise on cleanliness. The bathroom shower was not properly cleaned and the top bed sheet was stained. Also besides the bathroom towels being almost transparent they were so thin- one of the towels had two big holes in it. There is ZERO excuse for this ZERO. It's not the Shearaton but dang - keep it clean please.」
