「Beautiful all inclusive resort on Diani Beach, about an hour drive from Mombasa International Airport. I had the sea facing Deluxe Room which was absolutely beautiful and spacious. A shuttle is available for a fee to pick you up or drop off at airport. Days have low tide so you can walk on the beach. Resort has Pullman Tours office that can book off base excursions as well as book a snorkeling trip to the sand bar during low tide. I recommend the Mombasa city tour as they take you to the Akamba...

「Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. 」
