Cute and cozy but won't be back
The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency.
Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.
