Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved sitting by the fire at night. The hot tub was never too crowded, and the steam room was a must for the dry altitude. The snow was magical, and we got first run most days. You can't beat being able to break at lunch, have a nice lunch and hit the hot tubs before heading back to the slopes.

Mountain View

The condo was perfect for our stay in Keystone. It was super clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many condos thru VRBO, and it’s not always that the unit is so well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to appliances, and all very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and personal hygiene items. The convenience of the garage being just an elevator ride away was super. The view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Key pick-up is 1.1 miles away from room

Overall, a great location with easy access to lift and a great view from the balcony.Key pick-up is very inconvenient. It is 1.1 miles away.The apartment was fairly clean, but walked into a moldy fresh-fry by the front door. The management company is not pleasant to communicate with at all and not at all helpful. They VERY long contract you sign will ensure that you have no recourse is anything is wrong with your stay.

I was really pleased with the level of communication by the rental company making sure I had everything needed to enjoy my stay. The condo was so clean it felt like it was brand new as if we were the first to ever stay in it. The condo looked exactly like the photos and description. 1st Trip to Keystone

Positives: Location can't be beat. It's an easy walk - even wearing ski boots - from the unit to the main gondola. Extra bath is a major bonus. The Murphy bed was comfortable (we didn't try the pull out). Sleeping 6 is technically possible, but you would want to be very, very friendly to do so.Challenges: Patio door glass was busted and covered over, obstructing views (but we knew that just prior to checking in); grill was unavailable for some reason; and water failed to get hot after 1st night. We were told that we might get some sort of refund after checking out, but no one contacted us so far (1 week later).Even with these challenges, we'd stay again and the rating would be materially improved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this stay was as described, and is conveniently located near Keystone village. It is worth noting that there is 1 elevator serving this building, and it becomes VERY busy during peak times, meaning you may wait up to 10 minutes to use it. More so, the placement of the stairs does not make using them particularly intuitive or easy. Lastly, we were a bit turned off at the $15/hour fee for early or late check in/out requests, particularly since the agent asks you to notify them if you plan to leave before the stated checkout time, though they do not offer to compensate you. That being said, we do recommend this stay for the location convenience and amenities.

Cozy condo stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute, clean condo with a large master bedroom and a lovely view. Good size for 2 people, but would feel pretty crowded with 4 adults. We did not use the Murphy bed, since the space would have been extremely cramped and we would have needed to find room for the dining set. The king bed, though, was very comfortable! Great view of the mountain, although the patio area is tiny. Hallways of the complex are dark and give an "old" vibe, but we appreciated the quiet, and enjoyed using the hot tub and playing foosball in the lobby. The kitchen was great for cooking up a yummy dinner, and check-in was extremely easy. All in all, a decent stay at a good price for the area.

Cute and cozy but won't be back

The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency. Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and well equipped with amenities. It was quiet and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Having 2 bathrooms was great also. Doesn't seem like much but if you have to go while someone is in the shower, it's huge. The entrance to the lower garage was not clear because there is a new building being built next to it and you have to drive through a tiny amount of construction. For this specific unit, use the first elevator that you come to after you enter the parking garage. They have luggage carts which help a LOT. I have 2 complaints that are of NO fault of the condo owners or the rental agency. One: They can't seem to fix the elevator. If you are on the 5th floor it matters. They reset it a few times while we were there to get it working again, but not a permanent fix. I got a message a week prior that the elevator wasn't working. Maybe they couldn't get a technician out there in the last couple weeks to take a look at it. Who knows. Keep in mind, all the condos in the building are worth $650,000 or more. Some in the millions. Second, they built this particular condo without air conditioning. I have no idea if others do or do not have air conditioning, but I suspect they do not. Seems like poor planning on the developers part. The pilot light on the gas fireplace alone will heat the room up. Then factor in this is on the 5th floor it makes it even hotter. Luckily the owners had a couple box fans available to use. But as someone who sleeps hot, I slept like **** the 3 nights we were there. This is NOT a reflection on the individual condo. I believe the entire building is this way. So if you are staying in the summer, keep that in mind. I am normally not critical of the places I stay because I know that hurts them, but this isn't about the owners or the individual condo. It's more about the entire building and what it is lacking. Also, their web based app should include the ability to message them directly.
