Comfortable cabin condo

Very spacious and conveniently located. The view from the primary suite was gorgeous to wake up to each morning. A few fixtures needed tightening (I.e. faucet, widow screens, etc.) but overall we would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful.

Lovely home, beautifully renovated. Very comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful stay as it was off season for tourists. Great view and sound of river off balcony. Nice gas fireplace. Couple of things could have been cleaned more thoroughly; couple of small things in disrepair. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked - aluminum foil, basic seasonings, olive oil would've been helpful. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

To start your day, you do have to walk (3 minutes) to the lift or gondola. The pool and hot tub were a fun way to end the ski day. The only thing is, if you are staying a full week, I'd bring food to make, as the village has slim offerings.

Loved listening to the river while sleeping with the windows open and enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony. It was extremely quiet, seeming like we were the only family there. The management company was very attentive and responsive through our stay. The pool wasn't very big but the entire place is beautiful & clean, and our unit was nicely decorated.

The Timbers is beautiful!

Our favorite things about The Timber 3075 —Spotlessly clean condo and facility —so so quiet —Pool, hot tub and saunas beautifully maintained —kitchen had very high quality stainless steel pots and pans. We appreciate that. Also very nice appliances. —Comfortable beds —Beautiful views, and a lovely river runs below master bedroom. The fall colors were gorgeous. —short walking trail through woods/along river in front of building. Our children loved it. —the only thing to note is if you enjoy direct sunlight streaming into your home, the condo is north facing and so it’s a bit dark—would also be nice if kitchen was better stocked with foil/saran wrap/baggies etc…very minor things!

Stunning View and Beautiful Condo!

Just about "perfect" in every way!! I would give this unit a "5" out of 5, if it weren't for the bottom bunk bed mattress in the extra bedroom. The spring is hard, as well as not even, so it hurts your back and causes a problem for sleeping arrangements for a family of "4". Otherwise, this condo is beautiful and comfortable with a stunning view. The location is excellent with a "picture like" walkway to the slopes. The condo building "itself" was quiet, secluded, and has a beautiful "warm" setting lobby with the hot tub right outside. Just gorgeous!! You won't regret booking this condo, I just hope they can replace the mattress so that we can book again next year, because we are so looking forward to it!

We visited the 3rd week of August (low season), and loved the lack of crowds and beautiful weather. The condo is large, nicely furnished, clean, and has large windows and French doors that open to a nice deck. We enjoyed the outdoors and the sounds of the river every morning and evening. Garage parking was great, and the pool and outdoor area were also nice. We would definitely stay at the Timbers again.

great location, super clean

everything about this place was great besides the check in process. It is clean, the washer dryer in unit are perfect. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, great light, ski in ski out was perfect, hot tub/ pool area really cool. Checking in (this has happened in keystone before) we arrived at 3pm on a Saturday in April. Keystone is a ghost town at this time of year which is part of the reason we go. They said no check in until 4. Two other families with young kids were waiting in the lobby of the management companies building after all of us calling first and being told our places werent clean yet we walked up and at 330 they had a stack of keys and envelopes for places that were clearly ready and we basically had to beg and mention small children waiting in cars to have them give us keys 30 min early.

Really good place to stay with family

We probably had a 4 star experience but am still giving 5 stars because some of the things were not the condo owners fault. Very clean and spacious with awesome views. The balcony was wonderful but did have caution tape on some of it and exposed metal so we had to keep our kids off that side. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction each day across the creek so most times sitting outside meant lots of noise pollution. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and loved it. Again - great, but the pool was usually FULL of flies so we’d have to use the skimmer in the pool each time. The way I would describe the amenities of the place the condo is located in is working and they do the job, but very old and rough around the edges. Location is awesome - so close to A Basin and Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne/Breck. Master bedroom and suite were great. Used the jetted tub a lot. Only complaint is the bed is on the very firm side.

The condo is beautiful, with its big bank of windows and gorgeous views of the river, the pine forest and the mountains. It's only a short walk to River Run for dining and shopping, and is the best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. We didn't lack for a thing. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!
