Winter escape

This property was perfect for my needs. It has a great location close to gondola and everything in river run.

Location great but unit needs work

The location was great, however the seriously beat up furniture and deferred maintenance, and peeling teflon pots/pans were disappointing. The mattress was quite comfortable. It is obvious the owner hasn't put a penny in to maintaining their unit. A little TLC would really make this unit much nicer.

Great place to stay just need to carefully study the check in procedures

The condo is very close to the gondola, you can't go wrong there at all. I did preview the prior guest's reviews and there was a mention of check in hassle, so I did read the check in instructions twice, but still encountered a lot of difficulty obtaining the key card. Contacted the Customer Support they could not help other than reading the same check in instructions that I had.

Quick Ski Getaway

The Condo had everything we needed and was right in the middle of the village. Skiing was very easy to get to and there was lots to do! Had a great time!!

Bad check in instructions, nice condo

Great location and comfortable unit but needs to be painted. Vacasa sent us the wrong code for the door lock and we waited over 20 minutes on hold before they answered our call. Email with driving directions was just a repeat of how to get the keys and enter the condo. Garbage disposal was very loud and toilet did not flush completely unless we held the handle down several seconds. Otherwise it was great. I would stay there again in spite of the issues.

OK not GREAT!

Location was great! Condo needs much improvement in many areas. Not the cleanest place floors very dirty, dishes not clean, blind wands dirty. Furnishings very old and dated. Pillows on the bed were very old and we had to request new ones as they were so bad. The heat in the condo does not seem to be controlled by the wall unit as it was so hot int he unit you have to open the windows. Kitchen not that stocked so if you are wanting to prepare your own food be aware down to the lack of glasses even for water. No humidifiers that most condos provide in Colorado as it is a must. Anyone who lives here knows this. Sliding door does not lock luckily you are on the 4th floor. No key for ski lockers. This is not our first time in Keystone and many of the issues were not a big deal but when you combine it with the overall experience we would not stay in this condo again. When you cant return the keys upon check out as per the email instructions and you are asked to stand and wait for however long because you are locked out of the building before the check out time for them to figure out how to proceed was the icing on the cake.
