This location is great for skiing! The condo needs some updating of the living room sofa. Cushions don’t stay on and sections don’t stay together.

20th Anniversary Getaway!

It was clean, the decor was exactly as pictured! It was quiet all the time, allowing us to stay up late and sleep in! We kept the windows open and even vehicle sounds were minimal! It was nice to be on the balcony and be shaded by trees! It was nice to be able to walk for 2 minutes and be right at the all the shops. We will absolutely return! It was the perfect location to celebrate our 20th anniversary!

Great location - we could walk to the gondola and lots of shops/places to eat all in walking distance. Loved using the hot tub and heated pool after a day of skiing. Condo was clean and a perfect size for our stay. The heated garage parking was a definite plus!

Fairly Nice

Check in and check out were very doable. Garage ceiling too low to fit by SUV with box on top, had to pay for outdoor overnight parking separately. Need some maintenance overall for detached toilet seats, paint/water damage, loose handles, etc. Fireplace kept the place nice and toasty.

Ski week at Keystone

Location is perfect! You can easily walk into the village area and ski base and enjoy mountain views while relaxing in front of the fireplace. The lobby area, hot tub and pool are conveniently close and the steam room is phenomenal. Room for improvements: no dresser/drawers in either bedroom with only a small cluttered closet in each made the bedrooms feel cramped and uncomfortable. The showers drain very slow. The living room sectional couch was comfortable yet a bit unstable on the one end, needs some repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just as described. Plenty of room for a group of 3 to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to cook a complete meal. Bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and a starter set of toiletries. The ski locker has enough room for 2 sets of skis and a snowboard, but the boots had to be brought to the condo. The only strange thing about the rental was that there is no door separating the master bedroom from the sink/shower area. Kind of a hassle when one person wakes up before the other. Luckily, there is a door separating the toilet area. All in all, not a show stopper, just an inconvenience. The unit is about 1/3 of a mile from the lifts.

Customer Service Has Gone Downhill

We've used this company for years and the level of customer service has declined significantly. Once again, 3 days before our stay that was booked months before, we find out that a major amenity-the hot tub-won't be available. Was told they'd look into some refund, but haven't heard anything from them and don't expect to.No hot tub availability, no similar unit offered. No discount on pricing due to not having this amenity, just blame it on the HOA. This exact thing has occurred often enough on our stays with this company that my wife even joked 'well, do you think the hot tub will be working'? before our stay.TV remotes with dead batteries in two of the three rooms. Had to go buy some.Fireplace not working upon arrival. Called at 6pm and was told it would be the next day before someone could respond.What, exactly, is the $30.00 'Inspection Fee' for?Prior stay at another building had the hot tub and grill not working. I was aware of the hot tub, the grill never got fixed in 6 nights. Called repeatedly and was told I'd need to contact building management. Pretty sorry excuse for customer service to tell the customer that they need to arrange having a working grill.On that stay they actually called me at 10:30am to ask if I'd be interested in an early check-in. I was nearby so I said yes, I'm absolutely interested in that. Told me they'd call when the unit was ready. So I waited for the call. Called back around 1pm to ask if it was ready and was told they'd need to check with the housekeeper. No call back. Called again around 2:30pm and was told 'yeah, it's been ready for awhile now.' Go to their office at 3:15 to check in and the person has the nerve to want to charge me $15 for early check in at that point. In summary, THEY reached out to me on an early check in and 5 hours later I've still never heard back from them, on a Tuesday,

Very nice condo. The parking garage was crowded and small compared to others in the same area. The walk to the courtyard was a bit longer than other condos in the area but not bad. I really enjoyed my stay here. The actual unit was marvelous.
