“We stayed in Kilmarnock for a family occasion but we would return to the hotel as a base for visiting the area which has some beautiful spots and lots of history. Friendly hotel, nice room, restaurant was excellent and overall good experience. Thank you.”

“Staff were great..Disappointing that the restaurant was closed.”

“We could not gain entry to the hotel since we were not told how to do so at check in. This resulted in us sleeping on our friends floor. When we arrived the next morning and told the staff this they simply told us to refer to their T&Cs. I mentioned that I had not read them and expecting any paying guest to do so was not realistic. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful about this matter.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff”

“small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit”

“We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Linda is the perfect host, very welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean, great breakfast. I would 100% return”

“Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.”

“客房整潔舒適，早餐食物種類豐富好味。”

“couldn’t fault it. lovely clean room, good food , outside area very well maintained and plenty of parking. would stay again.”
