「What a lovely room! We stayed in the Hill room with a garden view. The home was beautifully appointed. We enjoyed a great night sleep, and then breakfast in the dining room. A walk around the property was the perfect ending. Sorry we didn't get the chance to dine here, but Matthew had great recommendations for us.」

「The property was nice but felt like any little “extra” came at a cost. Hot Tub? You had to pay per person for 30 minutes. Have not seen that before. No laundry facilities as advertised and cake in drawing room was added to invoice on check out. Nice property but be aware of extras. 」

「We are now back at home after our trip. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the Whisky Vaults but the most positive thing was that the bed was comfortable. 1. Staying for 2 days but the room was not serviced. 2. Breakfast, in a brown bag appeared on the first day only. 3. Thanks to Connor, who took an item of luggage upstairs. There was no lift and the back stairs were a challenge to my wife who is waiting for an ankle operation. 4. I would not be in a hurry to recommend the Whisky...

「The room was clean. The bathroom has been renovated with good shower pressure. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable. Note that there is no elevator on the premises - not a big deal for us but that may not be the case for everyone. Lastly, the breakfast is overpriced. I would probably go out if I were to return. At 15 pounds each, that converts to just under $30 can. Even in overpriced Toronto, that’s expensive.」

「We loved everything about this apartment, in a quiet buy super close to the harbor, 8 minutes walk, beautiful clean apartment with everything needed, fairly new and very modern. Highly recommend.」

「Over price, facilities too old」

「This hotel is in an awesome location. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stairs to get into the hotel. Then we found out that the lift was broken. We lugged our bags up many floors. Parking was also an issue. It’s advertised as being available but when we got there it was full. We were told to find parking elsewhere which was extremely hard to find. The breakfast was sufficient.」

「Very difficult to move around the bathroom, the door hit the side of the bath when opened from the bedroom. We had reserved a dog friendly room, fortunately, we have a small dog because there was very little room for his crate. I suspect we were given a less adequate room, ( adjacent rooms I viewed had a better layout) because the hotel was catering for large groups and we were staying just one night. This was despite the fact that I booked it months ago.」
