“Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. Then we went to check with the front desk about it, but no one was there. Out of the times we went to the front office two times out of three no one was there. What kind of……

“All staff we met during our stay were very courteous and friendly. Adam was at the front desk during check-in and the majority of our stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but perfect. The kitchen came stocked with paper towels, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go out and purchase anything to clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping comes every other day, but they were more than willing to give us a fresh set of towels at the front desk after we used the pool. ”

“Could use a good cleaning!! Shower in room dirty, floor dirty, cob webs hanging on walls. Not a non smoking hotel as specified. Weed smokers were enjoying themselves.”

“The hotel eas okay. Bathroom clean, bed was great. The noise from the wall unit was so noisey I had to unplug it. This was a pet hotel had I known it would have been a hard pass!! The smell of the hotel was so so bad! ”
