"Property was being cleaned on our arrival which was nice to see.Beds although were tidy they all had issues from large bed wetting stains to other unknown (maybe sweat stains?) this was unpleasant to the point we ordered new bedding from Walmart before going to sleep. Once the smell of cleaning products cleared we noticed cigarette smoke/smell emanating from the basement tenants. Only to be much worse by the morning as the whole home smelt like an ashtray. We couldn't remain in the house with the cigarette smoke so we decided to leave after only one night. The host would only refund two nights from our original booking of five nights. Further to this the host applied the refund before telling me. Not recommended unless you don't mind heavily used bedding/mattresses and the smoke in a non-smoking property."

"Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend, we had an amazing time. Went to the st Jacobs market and walked around the city. This condo was in a perfect location, very clean, has beautiful sunsets!"

"We had some issues with check-in, not being able to get into the unit until after 6pm. However, Tyrone was very apologetic and did what he could to make our stay great. We liked having three bedrooms and the price and location are excellent."

"Communication was amazing!! Even provided me with an early check-in for a nominal fee. Parking was difficult-but was not due to host, yet they continued to help me! Super clean, reasonably priced and would definitely use this host again! "

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
