「This property is a scam. Claims to be smoke-free, yet reeks like an ashtray. Look forward to waking up coughing. Bathroom was filthy - dirt, mold, grunge on the floor, grease and filth stains in the tub, walls filthy with what looked like mucus smeared on them. Floor was disgusting, shower curtain stank. Showers are claimed to be "rainfall" and "combined tub/shower". Shower head on ground floor is a 2 dollar special from Home Depot circa 1978, poor water pressure, no even spray, like...

「The property is beautiful and the perfect spot for a getaway outside the city. The guest house was private and really well maintained and very welcoming. We stayed for a volleyball tournament in Orangeville but would go back just for a weekend in the country. The rooster was a bonus :)」

「We attended the theatre in port hope . And golfed twice in the area. And enjoyed two fabulous meals downtown. Did a little shopping and walked around the marina.The coach house has lovely layout .We were greeted with the sweet smell of lilacs. Communication with the hostess was fabulous, she was good to check in with us , to ensure everything was ok . 」
