「This is an impeccably maintained home. I really enjoyed the backyard patio and dining area and took full advantage of it with such nice weather. I love the fact that I don't have to keep track of a key. Kitchen is well stocked with staples and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Coffee filters and coffee availability was a big plus. Don't know if that was left by a previous customer or the owner but it sure did help.」

「The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was completely satisfied with my stay, especially the great location and the patio. Tim Hortons and Central Market were just a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. 「A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!」
