Very nice staff. 8 private Onsen for rental for free. My room with onsen is great. Ver comfortable. Free drinks in the fridge included. Don't forget the bar at the lobby. Shuttle to town center on demand is very convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was simply amazing. And I really loved the hot spring - it's much larger than expected, even bigger than the one in Nono Yodoyabashi Osaka (Nono is supposed to be a higher-end option among hotels run by Dormy Inn Group). I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Everything was better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the shower, as I am not a bath person.
Not every staff can speak English but they tried their best to help every time. I enjoyed my stay and it was awesome.
