“We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. ”

“I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“This property is in a dodgy part of town. The front doors are locked and a few is required for entry 24/7. This is not an inviting proposition. The room was nice and the breakfast ok but there was nothing that made this property stand out amongst the huge variety of competitors in this accommodation level. We are not likely to stay at this property again and the overall experience makes us more than likely to choose a competitor before Comfort Suites”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“Friendly staff. The room was really nice and the amenities/toiletries were great/elevated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and had a nice view of campus from big window. Noticed some less common areas that hadn’t really been dusted in a while (ie ontop of waterfall shower head/ontop of picture frames).”

“Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.”

“Our schedules changed and we were arriving well before the designated check in time - yet needed to be ready for an event that afternoon. I called the front desk and inquired if it might be possible to check into our room early. The staff member was beyond friendly - assured me that as soon as a room was cleaned and prepared, we would be able to get in. When my family and I arrived in town and stopped by to see if a room might be ready - my paperwork was on the counter and the room was ready……

“Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. Only other thing was there was no hair dryer, so be sure to take your own. We didn’t HAVE to have one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We felt safe because you had to have a……

“It was a nice place to stay but a bit expensive, also 4 PM check in it’s too late”

“Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.”
