「The condo was as presented. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio each morning. We did have a bit of delay being able to check in due to housekeeping finishing up in the condo. The floors were still wet and the whole condo smelled of strong bleach. The smell dissipated, but were able to smell it our whole stay. Overall, it served our needs. 」

Check in info wasn’t provided until I reached out 30 mins prior to check in time. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Place could use some new towels/linens. T.V. wasn’t working when we got in but my husband was able to get it working after checking all plugs and cables. The bathroom in main bedroom did not look or feel clean. "Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality."
