「Great place for accessibility to historic Nashville and The Grand Ole Opry. The staff, particularly, Chrissy, were very helpful. Much to our delight, we found the coolest towel shaped animals decorating our bathroom, as well as decorated toilet paper and tissues! I would totally recommend this hotel!」

「Nice room, friendly staff, good parking, comfy clean bed. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice selection of food items and juices. Loved the automatic coffee machine. Cappuccino and cafe mocha was yummy.」

「It was my first hotel booking ever and they did not disappoint because their staff service were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean and smell good. They had everything I need including towel and including anything soap related. The hotel was not very loud when it came to people walking by. The parking area was very good because I could distance my self from bad drivers. My only bad take is their pool was crap but beside that everything was good.」

「I stayed 2 weeks ago to celebrate my 30th in Nashville! Don’t let a lot of these reviews fool you… (especially on Google). I didn’t read any until the day of and was a little nervous, but everything was great! The room was really clean, hot water, staff was very friendly and other people staying on the property, convenient to downtown and other local bars.. plus gas, food, a Walmart, etc. Yes, there are homeless people on corners around the area, (any big city does) but we were on the second...

「Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.」

「The young desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was not working, and the clerk explained there's very few companies in TN who could it. Doesn't help when you plan your stay for a hotel because they advertise a hot tub. The water temperature in the pool wasn't comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, the toilet ran, and there were several huge stinkbugs in the room. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location--safe and easy access to the highway. 」
