“This was a beautiful weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely time relaxing before we welcomed our second child. The house is a small quaint cottage, and we loved waking up to the sunrise and birds chirping. Between hammocks, kayaks, a firepit, and just sitting and watching nature it was a beautifully relaxing spot in basically a private nature preserve.Also the hosts provided a thorough document with what to bring, and places to visit/experience in the area.The attraction of the area is the……

“Our ABSOLUTE fav VRBO for a couples ...plus dog getaway! Perfect for us since we love visiting Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone restaurants etc. Nice set up...extremely quiet and right on the water. Comfortable furniture, linens, w and the interior is so welcoming and beautifully done...the total package!”

“I have used many air B&Bs and this one is by far my all-time favorite. The cottage was adorable and fully stocked with everything you could have asked for. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. This made a wonderful "home away from home" during my visit with my daughter and best friend. I will defiantly rent this home again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. ”

“Beautiful scene. Sunrise on the beach is perfect. Loved the low waves. Was easy to swim. The home was so cute! They were FULLY stocked. Anything that you think you may need and it’s there. The bed was squishy comfy. Even when we stayed inside, we had a gorgeous view from the sunroom. The neighbors were super friendly. The host was very responsive and extremely nice! Will definitely return to this little paradise!”

“Best place to stay ever!!!! This place is a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful interior! The dock was excellent! We even caught 13 crabs!!! Internet was fast and accurate! Plenty of dishes and cookware! Beds were ao comfortable! Sooooo quiet! And, the eagle sat in a tree everyday! We will DEFINITELY be back! ”
