Lancaster Spa Hotel

"The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, indoor

and outdoor

. There are four EV chargers onsite, but two of them were out of order when we visited. It wasn't possible to access the EV chargers in the university area because access is gated off. One issue was that the hotel tried to make us pay £12 per day for parking because we'd booked through Expedia and not directly with them. It didn't state this in our email...

"Our two bedroom apartment was amazing with views of the duck pond. Now we know this resort is here we will come back often. Very spacious rooms and the indoor pool and steam room were really nice. Don't worry about the ghosts!"

"The room was very comfortable once we had turned the heating up a bit. The shower room was big with a hot powerful shower. The only slight complaint about the room was that either the carpet had not been vacuumed or the vacuum cleaner was useless. The restaurant is very welcoming and serves excellent food. "

"The rooms were lovely and the location is beautiful, next to a canal lock with ducks and swans, surrounded by grasslands. Very quiet. Decor throughout is very nice, comfortable, stylish and fairly luxurious. We had a twin room which actually contained a double and 2 single beds. My daughter complained the single bed was v narrow, which it was, but we pushed the two together and she was very happy with that.
