"Chose this hotel as it is in walking distance of Arena Wien. Was not disappointed. Quiet location, clean room and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Had a kitchenette in the room but did not use as only stayed 1 night. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety of options but tasted nice. Not particularly close to the city center but we knew that when booking. The walk took us about 45-50 minutes. Would definitely stay again if visiting Arena Wien in Vienna. "

"The property was just average. The room was a good size but the desk chair was difficult to maneuver because it was heavy and had no wheels. We stayed in a room with two beds and the bathroom setup was awkward because there was not a lot of privacy between the shower and the main bedroom."

"On the whole, an excellent hotel. Most of the staff we dealt with were very helpful but there were a couple that just seemed like lost teenagers, not sure of what was going on. The salon bar was supposed to be open on Saturday night, and we were told as much, but we went twice to try and it was empty, no staff. Room service is advertised but the timings were not consistent, rather seemed dependent on what staff were around. The phone in our room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay. The room was very hot and the air con wouldn’t go below 20, tricky as someone 8 1/2 months pregnant, they did bring another pillow for me straight after requested though! Rooftop bar is excellent, the hotel decor was excellent. Location was excellent. It was just those couple of things and some of the staff that let it down and made it feel like we were weren’t staying in a high end a hotel to match the beautiful surroundings. Xxx"

"The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, lots of choice and well prepared and fresh. Some healthy choices too. The bed wasn't as comfortable unfortunately, I prefer memory foam type mattresses. Also the sauna was not routinely on, you needed to request it to be switched on and wait half hour. "
