“Beautiful decor, lovely view, large room which was very clean. Very small carpark with difficult entry/exit angle as well. Very hard mattress and pillows made for a rough sleep. At night, a lot of noise and smoke from downstairs. Air conditioner wasn't working, and spa bath didn't work either. Overall, a reasonable price for our stay, but disappointing as from the listing I'd expected more of a luxury escape.”

My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean.
The rooms are extremely comfortable.

“Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. “Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!”

“I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it……

“The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too!
