“La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non era nemmeno pubblicizzata sulla piattaforma; non abbiamo visto nessuna foto. Il proprietario ci ha lasciati alla porta per oltre un'ora senza sapere cosa fare, senza rispondere al telefono. La pulizia era buona, ma la stanza era piena di muffa. L'unica nota positiva è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-out posticipato.”

“The communication with the host was a bit confusing as I was told that a “colleague” would be there but, actually, it was the host’s mother. Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom.……

“A nice owner who provided clear tour information; a nice house, nice environment and atmosphere; but have noise from the street in the early morning. If the room or anywhere in the house could provide water boiling machine or hot water (even no breakfast), it would be good.”

“The location is impressive - right in the historic area . It is very authentic and atmospheric. It challenging in some ways. Parking is difficult and inconvenient. Inside there are challenges for older travelers or those who aren’t physically strong - difficult staircases, inadequate railings, uneven floors , etc. ”

“This is a beautiful historic palace and we loved being in the center of San Gimignano! The host was very helpful and accommodating of our party. When we booked we thought the apartment common area was part of the apartment but it is a shared space for the palace. ”

“Habitación limpia, baño recién remodelado pero tiene un olor fuerte a drenaje. Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso. Hubiéramos agradecido que nos informaran sobre el evento que tendrían en la noche. Es un lugar bonito,……
