“Check-in time is only at 3pm, though you can leave your bags in the lobby until they have a room ready. Wouldn’t bother with getting the hotel breakfast – Maxwell is within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Location is better suited to business meetings than sightseeing. Staff are fine but not the most attentive.”

“Reception staff were pretty average. The best staff member was the porter. Super helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom is as others described. Tiny and once you shower, the entire bathroom is wet but it will dry overnight. It does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The MRT is not close by but there are lots of buses.”

“Spa, sauna, and steam room were not operating and there was no notice for their closures. Two of the bedside electrical and USB outlets were not working. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and I stayed in a comfortable room.”

“Nice reception and great service”
