“I did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for .”

“This was exactly what was needed as a bolt hole for visit to London, it’s not luxury but very cheap and convenient. Pod was clean and easy to access, bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. If I need somewhere to lay my head again in London will definitely stay again. ”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."
