“Used to be my go to hotel when visiting, not sure I’ll be back for a while.
Jetted tub didn’t have working jets.
Low water pressure in shower and toilet.
Laundry machines were under repair.
Sauna had trash (empty chip bags)
Always low on spa towels.
Made me feel bad for asking for new bath towels (this was a 5 night stay)
Breakfast was meh with limited hours (6-9am)
Eggs weren’t worth putting on the plate, gravy for biscuits and gravy was awful, no sausage flavor at all.
Other breakfast……
“Everything was great, very clean and nice staff. The only things I'd change up was the breakfast, it was the exact same all three days we were there.”
“Our room did not have a hair dryer and I had to borrow one. Front desk was not all that helpful when I reported it. Bed was a little too soft. I had a hard time getting the blackout shade down. The water smelled like chlorine and there was no bottled water for coffee. The rest was fine”
