1. 部份員工態度惡劣，行李存放沒人看管 到達時間較早未能提早入住打算寄存行李在酒店，早上的那位員工態度非常惡劣，也沒有提供協只說了‘the second room’然後讓我們自己走進去，感覺很不安全，門也沒有鎖上，任何人都可以走進去。 之後下午回去check in，那位的員工態度尚可 2. 有大行李的人不用考慮 雖然入住前已知沒有電梯，但無法想像，走廊超級窄，樓梯也是又斜又窄，整條樓梯都是歪的，拿着大行李根本是惡夢 3. 房間又熱又侷促沒有冷氣 房間超級熱，英國當時是平均12-18度，晚上更涼一點，但房間像有發熱機似的，地板都是燙手的，像在桑拿，但因為太累必須要休息，吹着不太涼的風扇，很勉強地睡了一晚 除了近車站以外，沒有一點值得欣賞 就是預算有限，也請不要選擇這個酒店，你會後悔的 A Nightmare Stay at this hotel!! Avoid at All Costs! Our stay was an absolute nightmare. The first red flag was the rude staff member we encountered in the morning. We politely asked to store our luggage as we were unable to check in early, but the staff member simply grunted "the second room" without offering any further assistance. The room had no lock and was completely unsupervised, meaning anyone could walk in and access our belongings. Thankfully, another staff member we met during check-in was much more helpful. But the problems didn't end there. The staircases and corridors were incredibly narrow and steep, making it a nightmare to navigate with our large luggage. The room itself was much smaller than described, and the air conditioning was a complete disaster. Despite being set to a cool temperature, the room felt like a sauna, with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees. It was impossible to sleep in such uncomfortable conditions. To sum it up, avoid this hotel at all costs, even if you're on a tight budget. The rude staff, dangerous storage situation, and unbearable room conditions make it a truly

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Before arrival and after check-out, we asked about luggage storage and were bluntly told “no” both times, with no explanation or willingness to help. The front desk was run by an older man with an extremely poor and dismissive attitude. He barely responded to questions, avoided communication, and made us feel unwelcome and targeted, giving a strong impression of racial discrimination. At check-in, no identity verification was done, which is deeply concerning in a city like London and suggests serious safety negligence. Despite booking rooms advertised with a city view, we were assigned two basement rooms with no view at all — a clear case of misrepresentation. The rooms were freezing upon entry, smelled musty and moldy, and relied on old radiators that made the air extremely dry. The staircase to the basement was very steep and narrow, genuinely unsafe when carrying luggage. Noise insulation was terrible, with loud footsteps from above throughout the stay. The rooms were also exceptionally small, making it difficult to move comfortably. The most unacceptable part: we paid nearly £200 per night. At any time and under any reasonable standard, this price for such conditions, service, and safety issues is completely unjustifiable. This property fails in service, honesty, comfort, and safety. If you are staying in London, avoid this place — it will ruin your trip.

Clean, and convenient for St Pancras. It was not the friendliest welcome when checking in (it was a lot friendlier in the morning with someone different on reception). A teeny tiny room, which in December reached incredibly high temperatures.

I booked a double room but the bed was very small not a standard double at all. I complained to the man on reception. He said “you ordered a small double”. That was a lie as I can see that I ordered a room with a double bed. Consumer protection laws should protect people from unfair services. I asked the man to put it right and he said he didn’t have the authority and would anyway need to charge me more for doing so. I will be reporting this hotel to trading standards.
