Whilst the room was well equipped and cosy the bathroom recently refurbished was very cold, it could do with some sort of heat. The breakfast was a disappointment as the plates were cold and the hot trays were almost cold. You then had to order an egg separately and it was served on a cold plate. Not appealing in one bit. Other than that a nice stay

I stay at Warren House a few times a year and it doesn't disappoint. If however you would like a quiet room do not take room 8 as being on the main landing you hear all guests walking past and the self playing piano downstairs in full effect, quite distracting.

It's a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. They honored my request for a room without stair access - since I had heavy luggage that I didn't wish to carry up the stairs!
