「Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. 」

「We stayed for a week. Generally good experience. There is a coffee machine at the lobby. Parking is in the secured garage. The only downside is that AC might be a little loud during the night. But overall we are glad that we booked the place. 」

「The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.」

「Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. 「This place was absolutely beautiful, best morning view . A perfect getaway to relax and the kiddos to play some beach volleyball. We definitely will be coming back sooner than we thought. 」

The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. 「10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and...
