Beautiful place that was everything we expected and more.

The Manor House was fantastic. Everything was as promised. We were especially surprised to find an NBA Jam arcade game in the game room. Great stay. Would definitely book again.

Great home for a fun family weekend!

House was perfect spot for our family of six adults and four children. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, clean home, the patio and hot tub, and playing lots of ping-pong! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, and we very much enjoyed the optional barnyard tour.

Great time of Rest, Relaxation and Fun on the Farm!

We had a great time staying at Branch Hill Manor House! Our family of four did a long weekend getaway to rest and recharge before the crazy holiday season. We loved the space the house provided as we were able to play games, read, do puzzles and watch movies in various rooms. We also did the Farm Tour at the beginning of our stay, which I highly recommend! We felt like we "knew" the animals for the rest of our stay and loved visiting them multiple times per day. It was so fun to get out of the house and do a fun, quick activity without leaving the property.

Lovely

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the house it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending some family time in the kitchen playing card games and laughing with our children. We really enjoyed the walks to the farm and spending time with the animals. There was a lot for us to do in the area we checked out the Loveland Castle, antique shopped, ate donuts and went to the Newport aquarium. We will be back.

Better than we hoped!

While looking for a vacation rental we stumbled on yours. We really needed a place that would fit six adults and one teen comfortably. We were really excited when we realized this home was connected to your farm and all the animals!! Our teen is handicapped and also has severe anxiety. She loves animals and enjoyed being so close to them. There was so much to do there and kept everyone entertained. Loved the game room, the swimming pond and large beautiful patio. We hope to be able to stay again. I would give you more stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and peaceful place to be with family!

My husband and I gathered our son, his girlfriend, sister and her daughter at Branch Hill for a family wedding. It was lovely to spend evenings playing games (provided!), having coffee while watching the geese and horses mill around the pond and knowing each person had a comfortable, private space in which to retire. The farm has a wide assortment of animals to visit. Communication with Leigh was easy and instructions for check in, our stay and check out were clear and incredibly easy. There are many upfront restrictions; each reflects the acts of people showing a lack of respect for the home, the surroundings and the owners’ family. I wholeheartedly recommend Branch Hill!

Beautiful visit from Washington State

This was one of the most amazing VRBO properties we have visited yet. It was exactly as advertised, and so completely comfortable. We had a fabulous long weekend in town for a wedding and it was just beautiful. We enjoyed a movie on the patio and coffee in the morning watching the horses, ducks, and geese. There were just four of us and communication with the host was excellent. The only downside was we wanted to invite a couple of the families we hadn’t seen for a few years for dinner, they were all admiring the beautiful property on my Snapchat. The contract states under no circumstances are unregistered guests allowed on the property. At the same time, I do understand that some may take advantage. We did love staying at this amazing property and hope to come back again!

Amazing!!! This manor house was perfect. Such a beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Everything from initial information was done so professional and with much attention to detail. All the added touches provided such as goodies and snacks left in kitchen and little gift bags left on pillows were a great touch. Would definitely stay here again. Plus downtown area is very charming.

Picturesque Comfort

The Branch Hill Manor was wonderful! Plenty of room, all the amenities a person could ask for, and the home and the land around it are so beautiful! It felt comfortable and welcoming but also had a luxe feel to it. A real treat to look out the back window and see the horses grazing in the back yard!

Great location

Really liked that it was a little less than 30 minutes from the Zoo, Museums, Newport Aquarium and other downtown attractions. The nearby town of Loveland and being close to Starbucks and a grocery store was nice and convenient as well!

Relaxing time

This trip is our groups favorite trip of the year. The establishment is relaxing, clean and secluded but not so far out that we can still go out for a bite to eat if needed. Anytime we’ve needed to get in touch with management, it’s been very simple with quick response time. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Weekend getaway

Had a nice time snowed in at this home. It was perfect for our party of 7 with littles ages 1-3. Plenty of room for them to run and play inside. Kitchen area was great and we utilized the fireplace inside which was relaxing. We’re looking forward to coming back in the spring to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio and get to see the farm animals
