「Have stayed the hotel many times for its extreme convenience across the street from the North Terminal at Gatwick. Always a clean room and helpful staff with check in. We ate at the restaurant. fairly price lots of choices the curry was delicious. Great wait staff compliments to the management. Ill be back again thank you. 」

「Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel 」

「My third time staying here - not only as its clean, good prices, convenient parking but if you walk down the road theres a two cats that have been there during each stay. Clean room, easy commute to the airport. Good food options. 」

「Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.」

「Lovely manor house Hotel. It's foremost a wedding venue, conference type hotel so nice and peaceful in the week. Room was quiet, very comfy bed. Food in the restaurant was very good quality. I had the pork belly and it was delicious. Will stay here again for sure. Room was cheaper than a Premier Inn too. 」

「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「The room is clean but small. Helpful staff.」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...

「My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with.
