“The property was excellent quiet street and centrally located for access to the Art/Warehouse and French Quarter districts. The space had a great boutique feel. “Check in was easy. We did have to use the key the first time to get in but after that the keypad worked well. We didn’t do much cooking but it seemed to have necessary pots & utensils. There was not a keurig as described but there was a coffee maker, filters & coffee. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms - a rarity in our price range. Having the grocery across the street was extremely convenient. Wallace always responded quickly & even messaged just to see how we were doing. A great host!”

“We loved our stay. Jarrod was so accommodating and was always quick to respond with communication. We were so happy to find out we could control the thermostat, and there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They have really provided all the comforts of home.
