"The hotel is showing its age and in the bathroom of our room #216 someone used white caulk all over the beige tile to seal it instead of replacing the grout. Looked very unprofessionally done and ghetto. Otherwise it was a great hotel stay and the staff was friendly."

"Clean with comfortable beds. Everything we needed in kitchen. Beautiful setting on SantaFe River. Grandchildren loved swimming in the river and kayaks. Enjoyed kayaking up to Sunbeam Springs. Great location for visiting Hart Springs, Fanning Springs, Troy Springs and Itchatucknee."
