"My husband and I had the perfect weekend getaway at Kelly's beautiful lil cabin! It was clean and furnished with all the amenities we needed. The compost toilet was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and with beautiful decor and inspiring quotes. The location was perfect to get to hikes and sites we wanted to see and in the evening we came back to have a nice fire with warm showers in the morning :) Kelly was great with communication and we are eager to return again! Thank you so much"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The property was very clean and the area was very quiet and relaxing. The host was extremely accommodating and accessible. Very good value and would highly recommend. The only very small issue was that the GPS took us a bit further on the road than required but that is probably a Google Maps issue."

"It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! "Our stay at Hampton Inn, Plattsburgh has always been very pleasant. We are regular customers. Hotel is well located, close to everything but in a quiet environment. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent as well as other facilities such as breakfast place or the lobby with its fresh coffee. However, the greatest quality of the hotel is its staff: Diane at the restaurant keeps the place very clean and the food is quality, appetizing and fresh. The staff at the front desk are very nice and professional, like Chris and Karen, but we want to emphasize excellent customer service and high professionalism on the part of Jennifer B. When we talk about CSI, Jennifer B. deserves a 10/10 rating. "
