“Very old so to be expected”

“Room was clean, breakfast was good. We stayed here before, a few years back. We love the layout of the rooms, there is a little sitting area and there is a toilet/sink in a separate room from the shower/sink. Only wish lighting was better in the rooms.”

“The mid-day desk attendant, she was kind & helpful, within her capabilities. Since the hotel was completely booked, she was unable to change our room. The pool was closed, but we were offered to use the pool at their “sister” hotel next door. The workout room was very limited w/ the equipment offered. The hotel needs a complete renovation- new carpet & paint. The hallways had a very odd & dirty smell. Breakfast was meh - waffle maker, basic cereal from the dispenser, fruit, scrambled eggs &……

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“This is in no way a knock on the hotel, but the dry cleaning services are NOT available on weekends so plan accordingly.”

“The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast was o.k. but a few more checking by staff would have been better. The hot pans were next to cold. The juice orange was coloured water. The others too sweet. Apple juice was the best. The second morning was better warmth to the food and the orange juice, great. One problem we had was a smell in the bathroom like septic. The king bed was in great need of a new mattress, in the Handi-cap room. We did not mention the problems. All in……

“Spacious king room with a view of the river. The warm walnut choc chip cookie at check in was a treat! Room was clean. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We stopped in due to the Car show in Frankenmuth, glad we did. Had a bit to eat Tavern 101, queso/chicken nacho app to start, I had the cod fish sandwich, wife has pulled pork flatbread. Breakfast the following morning we stopped in at Mandy’s, glad we did, I had the cinnamon raspberry waffles with bacon, delish, the wife had the bagel……

“This place was definitely top-notch. This is the second time we stayed there and both states have been absolutely incredible. Definitely will be staying here every time we’re in Midland. Staff was also exceptional. We swam we ordered pizza had it delivered. We knew it was there.”
