"The property is exactly as it’s listed. The location is great-it’s around a lot of shopping centers and the mall is about a mile up the street. The owner described the location in such a way that we had no trouble finding it. We had a great time in Atlanta, and this apartment was an excellent choice."

"People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place."

"My only complaints are that the bedroom TV never worked and no one showed up to fix it after a work order was put in. I also received my parking pass and key fob on the 2nd day of my stay which made getting in and out of the property difficult."

"Check in was easy - nice kitchen - two bedrooms and the couch in the hallway. Right near campus and very pretty area."

"Very nice condo. It looks to of been recently renovated. Everything was very clean. Has parking nearby. Only two minor detractors. There are two nice tv's but the xfinity boxes said there was no subscription and vagrants outside the condominium. Nothing you can really do about that. Overall id rent again."

"Accurate pictures, very, very nice space. A few quirks of an old building (the hot water is coming, it just may take a few minutes). Very nice kitchen, unfortunately there are so many good restaurants nearby that we never used it 😀. So close to the square we could easily have walked if we wanted to. Only recommendation would be some ottomans for the seating area - the tub chairs made us want to put up our feet and relax."

"The property was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and literally across the street from the Battery. We walked to both games we attended skipping the traffic and cost of parking/Uber. We walked to the Battery for lunch and entertainment during the day. I would highly recommend this place for your Braves experience."

"Great place to stay to catch a Braves game. You are a block away from the stadium & restaurants. No need to hassle with parking. Nice lake view out the back door. Rooms are great size, just wish there had been a chair or small dresser or something to put clothes in or on instead of having to put everything on the floor. Kitchen was great, just missing a baking pan or cookie sheet...we couldn't cook what we brought in the oven. Overall a nice place."

"The apartment was what I excepted only downside was that certain things weren’t particularly clean such as the mirror in the bathroom looked like it had some black stuff splattered on it, few dishes looked like they hadn’t been properly washed and rinsed, also the bed had a like a weird smell to it kind of like an older person had been staying there. Last but not least the heaters which didn’t put out much heat at all so it was still quite cold in the unit during the nighttime and the one in the...

"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. "

"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"The apartment was really nice and clean. Close to downtown and surrounding areas. The only issue I had was the heat was staying on and had to call couple times. But overall was nice."
