「The location of the hotel was ideal. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, but could do with sprucing up and updating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower over the bath was nice and powerful. 「I came in on the late ferry arriving just before midnight, expecting a room key left on the desk; nope, a sweet lady greeted me & carried my suitcase up to my room. Didn’t expect that so late in a small hotel in a small village. Room had everything I needed. They were fine with me leaving my suitcase for a while in the morning while I went for a walk. Very convenient to both the ferry & train station.」

「This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal.
